All roads lead to Åre

With a railway station in the middle of the town and the closest airport less than one hour away, Åre is close but still far enough away for new experiences. 

The railway station is in the middle of the town, 50m from TV4 Sport Arena. Direct trains from Stockholm, Trondheim, Gothenburg, Malmö, Sundsvall and Östersund.
The Åre/Östersund airport has several departures and arrivals a day to and from major cities in Sweden. From here it takes less than one hour to reach Åre – 80 km. Værnes International Airport (Trondheim) is 120 km from Åre, which takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes to drive. Once in Åre most places are within walking distance. Buses and taxis can be booked year round and car rentals are available at the airports and in Åre.
